Objective

Work as a group to design a poster that advertises the opening of the natural play park that will catch the viewer's eyes, get children excited, and showcase elements within the park.

Concept

The poster was designed with a child’s viewpoint in mind with the main inspiration coming from classic children's books like “Brown Bear Brown Bear.” Ilse & Jobson Natural Play Park is a place where kids and families can play, exercise their imaginations, and get in touch with nature. Sand, a mosaic fish river, a beaver lodge, and a stone-built turtle are just a few of the visual displays and attractions that can be found in the park. The use of colorful construction paper, paint, hand-drawn typography, and clever and amusing media highlight the whimsical, and playful atmosphere present within the park.
